Chay and his team from Garrett Building & Maintenance did an amazing job converting the garage attached to my house into a bedroom and wet room with disability features. He provided a clear and competitive quote and was honest about when work could commence (he was in fact able to start a bit sooner than he estimated due to good weather).
One of the things that was particularly good was his status updates I always knew what was going on who would be working on the house and what they would be up to. He also had great attention to detail sorting out issues that cropped up and making sure the work was completed as soon as possible.

Chay and the team built a major extension on our 70’s bungalow providing a modern kitchen/diner, utility, study and second bathroom. The work was carried out in a professional way with all the trades involved doing a first class job. The job was carried out over a number of months during which time the builders kept the site clean and tidy. Staff were always helpful and provided ideas to enhance the finished product. They have been faultlessly honest and fair throughout the project; it is clear that they are passionate about doing a good job and take pride in what they do.
