  • Kingsteignton – Bungalow Refurbishment

    Works involved the removal & replacement of rotten kitchen and floorboards, installation of partition wall to form new bedroom, overboarding and skimming of ceilings along with the installation of a new kitchen and complete redecoration throughout.  

  • Bishopsteignton – Balcony Construction

    Works were to change existing dormer to a Velux and make good, install new uPVC door leading to high-level steel frame and timber balcony with composite decking and frameless glass.  

  • Shaldon – Remove and Rebuild Garage

    Works were to knock down a dilapidated garage and turn a disused area of land into additional parking. Works also involved the installation of a retaining wall for the brick paver driveway.  

  • Teignmouth Bungalow – Extension & New Kitchen

    Works were to remove existing conservatory and replace with new hipped extension with crank steel and vaulted ceiling. Internally the 1970’s bungalow was completely renovated inclusive of a new kitchen. In addition, a new block paver driveway was installed along with flagstone paths.  

  • Dawlish – Garage Conversion

    Works involved extending the existing garage to make a habitable space for a new bedroom and wet room with utility area inclusive of underfloor heating, flat roof, along with uPVC windows and doors.
